Returns Policy
Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt. Items listed as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange or store credits. It is indeed a final sale.
If you feel that you have received a defective item, please email pictures of your item to returns@shoplelalo.com within 7 days from the date of receipt.

Shipping
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing, plus shipping time. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking once your order has been completely processed.
